Target-state secrets & credential management for the SecurityV0 platform — the single visual reference for the two runtime-secret domains (our own platform runtime secrets AND customer/connector credentials) on one Azure Key Vault + managed-identity substrate. Covers the boot-fetch topology (/run tmpfs vs /etc), the per-tenant connector broker, the two credential-intake paths, the IMDS residual risk, rotation and operations, environment separation, and the federation endgame. Includes an explicit implementation-status table separating what is decided, merged, authored, applied, and validated.
